Jessica draws from her extensive personal travels to craft authentic experiences around the world. She has encountered countless types of lodging, endless modes of transportation, and many distinct travel styles ranging from a luxury cruise through the Galapagos Islands to a rural homestay in the highlands of Vietnam and everything in between. With Brownell’s vast network of global connections, she is able to elevate every trip while maximizing the client’s precious vacation time and hand-pick properties based on each individuals wishes. I will start at the end – our recent trip to Argentina and Chile, overseen by Jessica was fabulous! Our travel to 2 new countries included 5 flights, airport pickups, 5 hotels, multiple guided tours, and a 7-hour drive to a border crossing, all fraught with a myriad of potential problems. But as a result of the organization of Jessica and the teamwork of the in-country travel advisors our adventure was perfectly seamless. We loved the Trip Plans App on our phones. When one of our experiences was not quite what we had anticipated, the team went over and above to make us happy. We would highly recommend Jessica.
