In Switzerland, you can heli-sky, which is not allowed in France. The mountains tend to be in better, more pristine condition as well. Brownell works with locals on the ground to personally vet and evaluate each villa and ski chalet. From Verbier to Interlaken, your Brownell advisor can help you select the right ski resort for your personal preference and taste.
Interlaken and Lucerne are two of the major sights in the Lake District. With stunning views and gorgeous scenery, these two areas really capture the essence of the Swiss Lake District. There is also great rail service in and out of Lucerne.
We recommend taking the train instead. Many car companies will not let you pick up a car in one country and drop it off in another (especially Italy). The trains are much less hassle. You can often check your bags at a Swiss station and get off and on at stops along the way without hassling with luggage.
