Yes! In fact, we highly recommend this island over a few others for honeymoons. With 33 secluded beaches, Anguilla is the perfect place to go and “disappear.” It is super secluded and very private.
Anguilla boasts some of the best snorkeling and diving that the Caribbean has to offer. Much of this can be experienced right off the beach of your hotel or resort. There are also a lot of restaurants spread throughout the island, some serving gourmet cuisine, with others offering a casual beach atmosphere.
No. In fact, we do not recommend visiting Anguilla at all during the month of September. Not only is it peak hurricane season, but many hotels and restaurants are closed, giving the island a “ghost-town” feel. Even if hotels remain open, they may be operating with a partial staff and might not have all of their restaurants operating.
