Rachael’s adventurous spirit was encouraged early and often by her parents who exposed her to a full spectrum of travel styles throughout her youth. While producing an Eco-documentary on location in Colombia as part of her college thesis project, it was the love for travel planning and exploring the local culture that captured her heart, and she began her career in the travel industry shortly after graduation in 2010. Since then Rachael has worn just about every hat when it comes to travel design and coordination, and has visited over 40 countries across 6 continents.

Rachael is thrilled to embark on her next chapter supporting and mentoring a team of amazing travel designers and coordinators, as well as taking a more hands-on role in day-to-day business operations as the General Manager for Bell & Bly Travel.
