For more than 25 years, she has worked closely with many of her clients—relationships that have evolved into lasting friendships—giving her an intuitive understanding of what matters most to them when they travel.

Pam began her career with a cruise-only agency and has since earned the prestigious Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) designation. Her extensive knowledge of the cruise industry, combined with her experience assisting clients with comprehensive land tours, allows her to advocate on their behalf and thoughtfully design travel experiences across both cruise and land-based journeys. Paired with her firsthand understanding of her clients’ preferences, Pam consistently crafts itineraries that exceed expectations.
