Kelsey’s enthusiasm for travel began in high school, with inspiring trips to Paris and Barcelona. She went on to play soccer at the University of Virginia, where she also had the opportunity to study abroad in Ireland – fueling her curiosity for the world. After honeymooning in the Maldives and a spontaneous stop in Sri Lanka, a career in travel felt like a natural next step.

Kelsey’s most memorable travel experiences include spotting baby leopards in the Sabi Sands, tuk-tuking through Sri Lanka, skiing the Swiss and Austrian Alps, and biking around the fjords – and she has a passion for uncovering hidden gems along the way.

Before travel, Kelsey worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the National Security Council, and in political consulting, which sharpened the resourcefulness and attention to detail she now brings to every itinerary.

Kelsey resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Buckley, and their golden retriever, Karl. When she’s not planning her family’s next trip, Kelsey’s interests include taking Karl to the park, hosting dinner parties, skiing, and reading.
