Senior Travel Coordinator

Joanna Westbrook finds it incredibly rewarding to help create unforgettable travel experiences for her clients as a newcomer to the travel industry. Her previous professional experience developing client and vendor relationships allows her to contribute to the team approach of trip planning as they work together to design customized, elevated experiences for their clients. Joanna’s primary role is to oversee the presentation of each trip in the Axus itinerary app, making sure that the helpful and necessary details are included to ensure every trip is seamless and stress-free.

Joanna has lived in Richmond for over 30 years after growing up in Hawaii and Virginia Beach. She has been involved with Richmond Sports Backers as a volunteer Marathon Training Team Coach for several years. Her favorite travel adventure, to date, was traveling to Iceland with a group of her favorite running friends to complete the Reykjavik Marathon after a week of exploring the island. She also has a passion for advocating and protecting children in her community, volunteering weekly with Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) at the Child Advocacy Center.
