Emily Smith Dell, founder of Emily Dell Travel, is a travel enthusiast who has transformed her passion for exploring the world into a second career as a travel advisor. Her love of travel began with childhood family trips and deepened through transformative study abroad experiences in Spain, Brazil, and London. Emily’s favorite thing about travel is discovering each destination’s unique cuisine, culture, and history — the perfect trip is not complete without learning a bit of history and finding the best cocktail in town.

After studying business at the University of Virginia, Emily spent seven years in New York City working in public accounting and corporate finance. There, she developed skills in project management, strategic planning, and attention to detail— tools she now uses to craft personalized travel experiences that help clients make the most of their time and investment.

Emily launched Emily Dell Travel to help others create unforgettable travel experiences. Her mission is to use her natural planning and organizing skills to enhance her clients’ lives – and their valuable time off – through thoughtful, customized itineraries tailored to their interests and preferences.
