His passion for exploration began when he spent two years living and working for the NFL in Germany. Immersed in a different culture and traveling extensively throughout Europe, Cary discovered firsthand how travel can broaden perspectives, deepen connections, and create memories that last a lifetime. Since then, he’s visited more than 25 countries across three continents.

Before launching Huggard Travel, Cary spent over two decades building, leading, and ultimately selling successful healthcare, sports medicine, and performance companies. Throughout that journey, he learned that exceptional service starts with listening—understanding what matters most, anticipating needs, and delivering thoughtful, highly personalized solutions.

Today, Cary brings that same philosophy to travel planning. He works closely with clients to design seamless, intentional journeys tailored to their interests, travel style, and goals—allowing them to focus on the experience while he handles the details.

Based just outside Philadelphia in southern New Jersey, Cary enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their dog, Koda. He believes the best journeys don’t just take you somewhere new—they change the way you see the world.
