The Peninsula Istanbul is comprised of four exquisite buildings – three of them historic and beautifully restored – and welcomes guests arriving by land or sea. First one is called Merkez Han which has built by The Dock Company on Karaköy waterline between 1910 and 1914 next to the passenger terminal. That is why the second iconic building is called Passenger Hall. As the third one, Çinili Han built in 1910 and served as a post office by the General Directorate of Turkish. As the fourth building of The Peninsula Istanbul, The Warehouse was the first modern warehouse of Istanbul. Today it includes rooms, meeting rooms and a large ballroom with Medina Umbrellas and a Bosphorus view from the terrace area.
