Insider Tips

Must-Try Dish: 48-hour braised short rib with smoked tomato, wild mushroom, and grilled peppers.

Can’t Miss Experience: Meet the vet and assist with the daily treatments of our rescue horses.

Dining at Blue Sky draws inspiration from the incredible ingredients found throughout our lush mountain landscape. We have two dining outlets – our signature restaurant Yuta, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an open kitchen, and our Bar & Lounge, serving lunch and dinner with more casual menu items. A beautiful outdoor terrace showcases a stunning mountain backdrop, making for a perfect sunset dinner. The majority of produce we use comes from our very own Gracie’s Farm, where our team of FarmHers, entirely led and operated by women, work tirelessly throughout very difficult growing seasons in our high-alpine environment, to supply our dining outlets with the best possible ingredients.
