Defining Factor

The activities. Ireland is one of those destinations where you need to get outside to truly experience it, and Sheen Falls Lodge gives you plenty of opportunities to do so. There is tennis, falconry, shooting, bicycles, horseback riding, kayaking and a fabulous spa. And we’d be remiss not to mention fishing! With 15 miles of private salmon and trout fishing in the river that runs alongside the property, Sheen Falls Lodge is an angler’s paradise. The hotel has recently purchased the nearby Ring of Kerry Golf Course, offering guests the opportunity to experience a true Irish golfing hidden gem. The scenic 18-hole, 6,923 yard, par 72 course is located just five miles drive from the hotel with transfers and preferred rates offer for hotel guests.

Sheen Falls Lodge is a Relais & Chateaux hotel so you know the service and cuisine will be exceptional. The Falls Restaurant offers fine dining as well as amazing views of the waterfalls. For a more casual experience, The Stables Brasserie & Bar is an ideal choice. Nearby at our sister property – The Ring of Kerry Golf Course, guests can enjoy an exciting menu selection infused with Mediterranean flavours with stunning views over Kenmare Bay.
