Belmond Hotel Cipriani

Venice, Italy

Why You Will Love It

Part city hotel, part resort, the legendary Belmond Hotel Cipriani offers the best of both worlds. You can easily experience the must-sees in Venice as well as enjoy the endless amenities at the hotel, like red-clay tennis courts, verdant gardens, and Olympic-size swimming pool.

Defining Factor

It’s location. Nestled on Guidecca Island, Belmond Hotel Cipriani is a quick, five-minute boat ride from the dock at Piazza San Marco. The hotel’s complimentary boat runs 24 hours a day, so guests can be in the center of everything in no time but also relax away from the crowds at the end of the day.

Don't Leave Without

Enjoying a Bellini at Gabbiano Bar. The Bellini was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani, the man opened the hotel in 1958 and founded Harry’s Bar!

Dining

There are several fantastic dining options at Belmond Hotel Cipriani. Oro Restaurant, a Michelin-starred restaurant, serves art-inspired cuisine in a most beautiful setting – the restaurant was designed by Adam D. Tihany. For more traditional Italian fare, head to Guidecca 10 where you can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining. Cip’s Club is an elegant yet relaxed option where you can sample fine wines and local flavors as you soak up the breathtaking views of St. Mark’s Square. During the day, you can eat lunch by the pool at Porticciolo Restaurant. And don’t miss grabbing a cocktail at Gabbiano Bar.

You Know You're in Venice When...

You have sweeping views of the Venetian lagoon and are surrounded by elegant décor, including Murano-glass pieces – both of which you will experience at Belmond Hotel Cipriani.
