Riviera Maya, Mexico

Why You Will Love It

Mayakoba offers all of the natural beauty of Mexico without the crowds. Andaz takes this a step further with a sleek design, casual luxury, beautiful murals, and plenty of delicious food and drink. Beach bums and nature lovers alike will love this property that offers plenty of activities for everyone.

Defining Factor

Andaz is the only property in the Mayakoba complex that offers standard rooms ON the beach.

Don't Leave Without

Enjoying a meal at Casa Amate, the resort’s signature restaurant. The residential concept is comprised of several intimate rooms that make you feel like you are dining in someone’s well-appointed home. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the Study before moving to the Library, Dining Room, or Courtyard. The Latin inspired menu is best enjoyed family style with a variety of foods to share among friends, but if you must narrow it down – the Beef Pachamanga (Peruvian stew) is not to be missed!

Andaz offers four onsite restaurants, each one offering a unique menu showcasing fresh local ingredients. Cocina Milagro offers buffet breakfast (don’t miss the chocolate croissant bread pudding!), and varying lunch and dinner options. Olla Ceviche Bar and Tinta del Pulpo are the two beachfront options, great for lunch or a light dinner. Casa Amate is the signature restaurant and a meal here is not to be missed. And Sotavento is a relaxed spot where you can savor Mediterranean cuisine with your feet in the sand.

Activities Abound

If the beach isn’t your thing, or if you’re looking for something different – grab a bike and hit the nature trail.

Secret Spot

The lagoon pool is made up of several levels and is usually much quieter and better suited for families or those who just prefer a bit of seclusion.
