Sue Shaffer joined Brownell in 2005 as Accounting Manager and was soon promoted to Director of Accounting and Human Resources. Before joining Brownell, Sue was the Business Manager for a nationally recognized chef and restaurateur.
Sue’s passions in life are people and travel; so what better place to fulfill the two than at Brownell!
Sue’s role in Human Resources plays to her strengths in relating well with others. Helping, mentoring, counseling, and making sure our independent travel advisors are taken care of is her goal. Sue’s wise counsel, great heart, and dedication have been key to the success of the Brownell team and our company and a key factor in her recent promotion to Vice President of Accounting and Human Resources.
