Open QuoteI am writing to let you know what a terrific job Pascal LeJeune did for us in planning our trip to France. We had a complicated itinerary, and she made it as easy as possible to find our way with a detailed notebook she prepared. This is unlike anything I have experienced with a travel agent, and it was an enormous help to have all the information collected in one place and easily accessible. The hotels were beautifully located and extremely fine – beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. She is an outstanding agent in every way and you are fortunate to be working with her. Cheers!!End Quote – D. Dickinson

Open QuoteThank you for your mindful care of my trip to Switzerland. Thank you for the chocolates, beautifully bound itinerary and the care you gave in putting this very special trip together. I am already thinking about my next trip – at 61, I have a bucket list.  Next could be Machu Picchu. End Quote     — S. Hales, Geneva, Switzerland

Open QuoteThis is a beautiful hotel!! (Santo Mauro, Madrid). We are SO pleased!!!!  Thank you thank you thank you!! Our room/upgraded suite is fantastic — just what we needed after the rigorous travel throughout Morocco with National Geographics. You did VERY good with this choice! Thank you also for the wonderful welcome gift. We will look forward to the champagne tomorrow night! Our walking tour is tomorrow, which is just perfect for a Sunday.

I am enjoying a Grand Cru Napoleon Cognac as I type this, so again thank you so much!!  This has really made our vacation.End Quote —  Mr. & Mrs. S. Missall, Madrid – Spain

Open QuoteLucerne was a great choice to stay. Thank you. We took a boat ride to Vitznau (just past Weggis) ate lunch at a half the portion, twice the the price place but it was the most gourmet meal my wife and I have ever had. I was able to get us squeezed into The Old Swiss House for dinner as you recommended and had Veal Wiener Schnitzel prepared tableside and the best Filet of Lamb in the world.
The trip to Jungfraujoch was fantastic. The beauty of Switzerland cannot be captured in a photogragh. So glad we experienced it first hand!
The Palace was perfect. Everything from location, breakfast, service and room quality was over the top. And the room upgrade was unbelievable! In the corner tower top room with arched covered balconies on all sides. Amazing!
It was a great way to end the trip. Once we got to the Radisson Blue at the airport, we never left. We tried to talk ourselves into using our pass to go into town but after 3 1/2 weeks, we were exhausted!
An amazing trip. We appreciated your help. End Quote—W. Baydo, Switzerland – Luzern & more

Open QuotePascale, thank you!  Christina and I had such a lovely time at the Hotel Le St. James, in Montreal, Canada.  What a jewel of a hotel.  Everything about it was warm, welcoming and relaxing.  You have placed me in many wonderful hotels but I have to say this was by far the best overall experience.  We took advantage of all of the extras you arranged for us and thoroughly enjoyed our upgraded suite (#503).  It was gorgeous!

When we got there we enjoyed our complimentary cocktail at XO and then took a walk to check out the many glamorous boutiques on Rue St. Paul West.  The manager left me a lovely note with a birthday greeting and some lovely macaroons which we consumed in 2 seconds flat! We had a dinner reservation booked but when we returned to the suite, the room was so cozy that we decided to order room service (again taking advantage of one of our credits) and enjoyed an evening dining in and watching a movie.  On Friday morning after our amazing a-la-carte breakfast in the hotel, we climbed to the top of Mont Royal.  It was probably one of the most enjoyable hikes I have ever done because the view at the top was spectacular.  We then headed back to the hotel (by taxi!) and then went to lunch at a French charcuterie in the neighborhood where we were completely charmed by a fun waiter and where we enjoyed the delicious house red wine.  That afternoon we walked back to the hotel for a lovely tea by the fire in the Library at the St. James.  That night we had dinner at Gandhi on Rue St. Paul – it was probably the best Indian food I’ve ever had and the service and ambience were also impeccable. The hotel allowed us a 3PM checkout. All in all, with your excellent guidance, this was a wonderful mini-vacation and celebration of my birthday. End Quote    — A. Cotter, Canada – Montreal

Open QuoteWe had a fantastic time.  Jessie’s only complaint is that we didn’t have more days to see more things.  She was a wonderful traveler, sampling all sorts of different foods, trying to learn the local language, and never once showed signs of typical kid boredom in various historic sites. It was great. Hotel arrangements (Virtuoso properties: Hotel de Russie in Rome, and the Bauer Palace in Venice) were great – five star is the way to go, suites, etc.  all good.  And the tour guides were everything we needed them to be.End Quote     — Mr. S. Elop, Italy – Rome & Venice

Open QuoteJust wanted you to know that we had a wonderful trip.  Your arrangements were flawless, and all the hotels and staff were friendly, helpful (in the extreme, as it turned out, at The Charles), and very gracious.  Thanks for all your help.  When we decide where we want to go next, we’d be happy to get back in touch with you. End Quote   — Mr. & Mrs. S. Missall, Germany & Austria

Open Quote Thank you for your welcome. We had a very satisfying trip. The Sky Club is well worth the expense. The transfers in Barcelona and Palma worked like a charm. The Barcelona Hotel Center is really comfortable, and perfectly placed in Barcelona. Their breakfast was served in a lovely room and offered an embarrassment of riches. Our guide Jose gave a wonderful walking tour of Barcelona. We learned a lot and savored every minutes.

Janet had a great tour of the island of Mallorca with her driver and peronal guide. Our cycling tour portion was wonderful. I can see why the island has become a mecca to cyclists: lots of very narrow, sinuous country roads with little traffic over variable terrain. I enjoyed the people, and the guides were excellent. Here are a few pictures. http://homepage.mac.com/timturner1/Barcelona%20I,%202010/index.html End Quote   Mr. & Mrs. T. Turner, Barcelona & Mallorca, Spain

Open QuoteJaime and I returned from our honeymoon on Sunday with endless pictures and fantastic stories regarding Bora Bora. So many wonderful people that we encountered, places that we saw and adventures. I think that by far the most enjoyable adventure we had was the shark and ray feeding with Shark Boy. During this excursion, we also got to swim though endless coral. We loved your suggestions and dinner at Villa Mahana. End Quote Randy & Jamie L., Bora Bora  Honeymoon

Open QuoteChristina and I loved everything about our trip to Paris –  start to finish!  It was exactly the Mother Daughter Weekend we wanted.  L’Hotel was spectacular and they couldn’t have been nicer to us – particularly Georgina and Graciela – absolutely the best service ever!!!  And yes, fresh pain au chocolat and croissants every morning along with yogurt and whole wheat baguette.  We used the pool one night and loved the Library with free internet access.

We found some very nice shops and restaurants right in our neighborhood and walked most of the time.  We were also able to use our museum passes three times:   Versailles (which was a great trip!); Musee d’Orsay and at the Pantheon which I had never seen and so enjoyed.  On the day we walked to the Pantheon, we also went to the youth hostel where Christina stayed as a college student (Young and Happy) and it was so nostalgic for her to see the neighborhood and take a photo of the hostel.  And we came home with some treasures. We both have some beautiful new jewelry pieces from a very lovely shop called D’Ici et D’Ailleurs, Rue de Rennes in the vicinity of the Saint Suplice metro stop. We also made a big sweep of the gourmet shops in Madeleine (Maille and Hediard in particular).  Restaurants we tried included:  Brasserie Lipp, Au Saint Benoit, Les Deux Maggots, L’As du Falafel (Marais) and Au Pied de Fouet – almost all in our neighborhood.  Christina’s favorite was the boat cruise on the Seine you had suggested – mine was my first Falafel and I have to say Versailles was just amazing.  I want to go back when the flowers are in bloom – something to think about for future.  So much more…It was just perfect.  You should patent that trip.End Quote  – Andrea C. & Christina – Paris Mother Daughter Visit

Open QuoteWhat a trip! Although the cycling was the focul point of or trp, and it was extraordinary, the entire experience was remarkable. From the travel arrangements, places we stayed between Biarritz and Barcelona, the food, and the warth and hospitality of the people we met along the way. On the travel side, everything went smoothly, and the train ride from Paris to St. Jean de Luz was a blast – we’re glad you suggested this way. I will highly recommend your services, and plan to do another trip and look to you again for the best sercice. Thanks again.End Quote -Raul D. – Pyrenees cycling trip, Spain

Open QuoteThe trip you laid out for Madison and me was absolutely spectacular.  We will never forget the experience.  Since you laid out everything so well I was beginning to think that you were even responsible for the glorious weather! I was particularly appreciative of how you followed the intent of the questionnaire. Well done. I’m looking forward to the next travel experience! End Quote – John and Madison D., Italy and France

Open QuotePascale- Thank you for checking in! Your services were excellent.  The whole trip was fantastic and we loved Annecy, France (one of the most beautiful spots on the planet I think). We got to see Lance Armstrong during the time trial and I made it to the top of Mt. Ventoux after climbing the Giant of Provence the same day the pros did. Again, thank you for help and for checking in.  – Bill M., cycling the Alps to Paris, France

The entire trip was fantastic. Each of the hotels were terrific as were the transportation services. We wouldn’t have changed any of the hotels. The hotel in Monza was amazing and the town was terrific, which turned out to be a perfect end to our trip. Thanks for your efforts. It was the perfect vacation. End Quote  – Rob and Tiffany G., Cycling the Dolomites, Italy

Open QuoteWe are on our last leg of our cycling trip – it has been quite exhausting but its been great to see the unbeaten roads of Vietnam. The portion of the trip you planned for us to Thailand and Cambodia was phenomenal. We loved every aspect of the trip. Our tour guides were the greatest and spoke english very well. We really had such a blast while travelling and seeing all the sites. Thanks again for all your help. End Quote – Feliz G., Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam

Open QuotePascale, The hotel Grano de Oro was lovely and the airport transfer was very nice. Thank you so much for recommending it. It was very helpful. Your assistance has been much appreciated. I would readily recommend you to any of my friends.End Quote    – Justin K., cycling in Costa Rica

Open Quote I want to thank you for planning such a great trip for us!!!  Where to begin!  All of the limousine drivers on the entire trip were flawless. When Collin picked us up on his private sailboat, I was SHOCKED!!!  I had no idea that you had planned that!!!  It was a perfect afternoon!  The sailboats for the Hobart races were all there (Rolex etc.) The kids thought it was totally cool that Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly had been on the boat recently (he had pictures!).  This was one of my highlights of the trip! The kids absolutely loved Heron Island (And so did we!).  We were right at the reef and could snorkel right there!  Dave took scuba lessons. The yacht to Hayman was quite nice!!!  I had no idea that Hayman is the number one resort in Australia.  when we got to Dunk Island, Dave got his fish outing and caught a Spanish Mackeral.  This was truly a trip of a life time!  I can’t thank you enough!  We got home exhausted and today we received your basket of goodies!  Thank you for giving our family such a gift.End Quote   – The Rowe family, Australia

Open QuoteI wish you all could have been at our 50th anniversary blessing ceremony. It was wonderful. We loved the dancers you had hired for the celebration afterwards. We saw 5 traditional dances–complete with masks. It was really very special. We loved the Dewachen Hotel in Gangtay with beautiful views of the valley and the hot water bottles which the staff placed in our beds before bedtime. Gangtay is only one of four valleys where the Black Cranes spend the winter.  The next morning we walked across the marshes. I looked at our private guide, Namgay, and said–well, it’s time for the performance–tell them to fly. He laughed–but on cue, four of these majestic birds rose in to the air, flying right over us and circling up, catching the thermals.  It was magical!End Quote      –  John & Sarah F., Bhutan

Open QuoteOur African Honeymoon was filled with gorgeous lodges, and we enjoyed viewing the big 5 as well as seeing the rare African Wild dog along the way. We LOVED the layout of a game drive not until 2pm, free time until dinner, and than game drive at 7pm. This gave us enough time to relax and enjoy the properties. Our driver, Leakey was so good and professional.End Quote – Anna & Leo, Tanzania – Africa

Open Quote Our 25th wedding anniversary couldn’t have been better. Our heli-hiking trip to the Bugaboos in Canada was the most extraordinary and astonishing trip ever.  On our last day, my husband shared with me that this was the BEST DAY OF HIS LIFE!End Quote     – Kristy and Dave S., Heli-hiking Canada

Open QuoteWhen we began the planning of this trip, I gave you a very eclectic list of my wants and needs. Somehow you crafted a travel plan that included all of them: nature, art, cycling, hiking, wine tasting, Native American culture, and even lots of rest and relaxation! There were so many highlights to the trip. Yesterday someone asked me what was my favorite part and I started to say Ucluelet and Tauca Lea. The next thing you know, I had added the float plane to Whistler and Whistler itself. Then I was on to the San Juan Islands, Seattle, Yakima wine country, the Columbia Gorge and then Ocean Shores. Before I knew it, I had mentioned almost everything I did in the entire three weeks. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. You even sensed my need to make changes and before I even thought of them, you made the adjustments along the way.  Thanks to your amazing creativity and attention to detail.

From the San Juan Islands on a biking tour to Vancouver Island in Canada; from Whistler and home to the 2010 Olypmic Games to the Pacific Northwest. Follow my journey on http://andreapcnwtrip.tumblr.com/ End Quote    – Andrea C., Pacific NW and Canada

Open QuoteThank you for the fantastic trip coordination. You made our lives so much easier by creating a personalized itinerary just for us. We loved the charming places you suggested, specially the Red Cliff Lodge in Moab Utah. The scenery was amazing. We’re look forward to working with you again. End Quote  – Lionel and Roselyne S., USA American west

Open QuoteWe had the most incredible trip ever traveling through northern Italy, into Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. We have traveled extensively in Europe so we know a good trip when we have one. Pascale, you made a huge difference for us…arrangements were made and confirmed, the venues were outstanding, when we contacted you regarding a problem with a hotel you immediately took care of it! Then, you cared enough to sit down with us after the trip to make sure everything had gone as promised. Unprecedented!End Quote Deb & Bob A. and Stephanie & Jim A., Europe

Open QuoteCoral Lodge was clearly the highlight of our trip.  We really connected with the managers as they arranged for Panama divers to take us diving on a reef about ten miles off shore…as we arrived in a village on a very small island in the San Blas we got to see the life of Kuna people who live in a very unscripted manner. It was a great experience to be picked up in a wooden canoe brought to an island and served breakfast by one of the Kuna people and learn about their way of life and the challenges of his people in a modern era where they still live the same as they have for hundreds of years.. I enjoyed working with you and appreciate you dealing with my peculiarities when it comes to travel.End Quote   – Andrew W., Panama

Open QuoteWe had an incredible time. Cannero was a jewel and we especially liked Lake Como.  Florence was lovely and we loved the church with the Gregorian chants…a good choice. Thank you for checking in on our trip and for your services.  The limo service was wonderful and on time.End Quote   – Diane B., Italy

Open Quote…Arenal was a 10. We loved the excursions you suggested.End Quote– Valerie W., Costa Rica
