Coordinator, Talent Development

 

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Coordinator, Talent Development works with the CDO, Director of Hosting Development (DHD), and Talent Development Manager (TDM) to oversee the flow of processes in recruiting, maintaining, and growing talent within Brownell Hosting. The role will interact with Brownell Mentees and Brownell Advisors through existing initiatives as outlined below. In addition, the Coordinator, Talent Development will assist in the initiative of capturing existing training content, creating new content, and developing a platform to house this information for greater accessibility and engagement for all Brownell Advisors, and creating the foundation for a new part-time to full-time Mentoring Program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and Hosting recruiting efforts including candidate inquiries and correspondence, database management, marketing initiatives, and comp set research.
  • Program training support including handbooks, call calendar, participant invitations and follow-up, reporting, and trainee correspondence.
  • Advisor Engagement to include Mastermind Groups, Business Coaching, IC Advisory Board, Annual Advisor Survey, and program enrichment/development.
  • Individual support for Advisors as needed.
  • Closely working with Hosting Support teams to support Brownell programs and advisors.

Candidate Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • Experience in customer service and project management (experience in travel industry a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Familiar with and comfortable working in Canva
  • Must be comfortable adapting to and becoming proficient in new systems, technology, and ways of working
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple points of contact and working with a variety of personalities
