Ventures by Seabourn
Seabourn takes shore excursions to a new level with Ventures by Seabourn. These excursions take you on zodiacs or kayaks for an exciting way to see a destination. Led by an expedition team of scientists, scholars, and naturalists, you get a chance to learn and experience the destination up close.
The newest in the Seabourn fleet, the Encore is set to debut in December 2016. The Encore holds 604 passengers, and every suite on the ship features a Verandah. The ship was designed by preeminent designer Adam Tihany. After studying Seabourn’s overall product, he strove to create an environment that complemented the guests’ travel experience and used ultra-luxury elements often found in private yachts.
Forget making a reservation months – even a year! – in advance to dine at one of Thomas Keller’s renowned restaurants. You can try his award-winning cuisine on the Seabourn Quest and Encore at The Grill by Thomas Keller. And there isn’t even an upcharge! (Just be sure to make a reservation!) The Seabourn Odyssey, Sojourn, and Quest feature the largest spas in the fleet and include everything from a Finnish sauna to a Thermal Suite Lounge. And Seabourn just announced the Spa and Wellness program with Dr. Andrew Weil on all the ships. The first of its kind at sea, this program offers complimentary yoga and meditation and Mind and Body seminars.
