DA CONCH SHACK AND RUM BAR: This restaurant is situated outside on the beach in an area of Turks & Caicos called Blue Hills. The atmosphere is very casual, complete picnic tables and paper plates. This
ANACAONA: Located at Grace Bay Club, this locale is a great stop for a drink at the Infinity Bar, followed by a delicious authentic Caribbean meal. One Advisor promises the tuna tempura rolls from the appetizer list are not to disappoint, as they are “yummy and huge” enough to count as a whole meal! The Anacaona is more of an adult setting, perfect for a romantic dinner for two.
COCO BISTRO: Located on Grace Bay Road, this great restaurant is located in the interior of the island. However, it is set among lit palm trees, which adds a unique and magic setting. Coco Bistro is known for their fantastic wine list and great food. Dress is smart but no jacket required. One highly recommended menu item is the Herb and Conch-filled Ravioli. A Kid’s Menu is available along with placemats and crayons.
HEMINGWAYS ON THE BEACH: This restaurant is in the Sands Resort, two hotels down from the Regent Palms and within walking distance from the Palms on the beach. The food includes something for everyone– the typical Continental menu with Caribbean influence. We recommend the locally caught Wahoo for a fresh and succulent meal.
AMANYARA: This stunningly beautiful restaurant is situated on the Amanyara Resort. The public is welcome here if the resort is not full. This restaurant is more upscale, but worth every penny. Our Advisors say this is setting is the definition of “romance.” Being centrally located, it only takes about 25 minutes by car to get here from any other one of the resorts on the island. You must have reservations and have your name at the gate to get in, which can all be arranged by your Advisor to ensure the best experience possible. Dress is “resort elegant” and relaxed, so no jackets necessary. The Amanyara features a great circular, open air bar with an impressive 60 foot ceiling.
STELLE RESTAURANT: Located on the west end of Grace Bay Beach within the Gansevoort Resort. The menu boasts a nice selection and the restaurant it is located poolside. We suggest trying one of their excellent salads or the mahi-mahi tacos!
