The French Laundry: This Thomas Keller restaurant is considered to be the number one in the world by chefs and foodies alike. This small and extremely sought after restaurant is also the most challenging to book, so be sure to mention it to your Brownell Advisor if you want to experience this locale so we can secure a reservation!

Bouchon: This is Thomas Keller’s French bistro and sister to The French Laundry. Michelin starred as well, many say this popular restaurant captures the feeling of dining in Paris.

The Restaurant at Meadowood: This amazing restaurant is hidden away in a small luxury hotel in hills of the Napa Valley. Their fine dining restaurant is the only in the area to share the honor of three Michelin stars with the French Laundry. They too require reservations made well in advance.

Ad Hoc: This is Thomas Keller’s casual home-style cooking favorite. They feature a different set menu every night with country favorites like fried chicken and short ribs. This restaurant was originally intended to be a very different style of restaurant, and was open in this format as a temporary project and experiment to see how people would like it. Now it rivals his other restaurant and is equally desired.

Morimoto: This extremely popular Japanese restaurant is the latest creation of the famed Iron Chef Morimoto. Highly creative and delicious gourmet Japanese style cuisine with sheik modern Tokyo-esque atmosphere.
