In short, Brownell Catalyst is a six-month long program for full-time travel advisors looking to make travel their long-term career yet feel like their business launch fell flat. When looking at current trainings in the travel industry, we noticed most programs are geared towards brand-new advisors or established professionals looking for further education with nothing in between for advisors early in their careers looking to shift gears, grow their businesses, and streamline their processes. Thus, Brownell Catalyst was born. We combined the extensive trainings from Brownell’s other two programs along with access to Brownell’s comprehensive library of information, powerful tools and technology, and community collaboration to create a new and unique program that provides advisors with the support and confidence they need to focus on their goal: growing a thriving business and crafting exceptional travel experiences.
