| Susan Ward owned a cruise-only agency for 15 years before joining Sterling Brownell. Her love of travel began in college at UGA during a classical studies abroad program in Greece and Italy. After earning a BA in History with an emphasis on Italy and Europe, she went on to earn an MBA at the College of William and Mary and work in the corporate world. But in her heart, she knew travel was her passion and the only profession for her!
"I excel in providing unique life experiences for my clients. I go all-out to give them something they can't just 'google.'" Over the past 15 years she has traveled frequently to Alaska, the Caribbean, SE Asia and Europe, with a special emphasis on cruises to Italy, Greece and the Mediterranean. With the help of her highly experienced associates Teresa Hayes, Pat Irvan and Sheri Patten, she designs customized cruise and land itineraries for Christian and other special interest groups. Susan is always available for her clients, no matter what time of day or even if she is 4,000 miles away! Her passion and enthusiasm, combined with extensive travel experience, helps Susan create fantastic "dream come true" trips for her clients. Her main concern is to listen carefully to her clients in order to discover their true interests. She then crafts an itinerary to exceed their expectations. Susan believes that the most valuable part of a journey is not the money spent, but the incredible moments and memories shared with friends and family. |
