Allow me to take this opportunity to thank you so much for all of the excellent assistance and attention you have given to my family (through my daughter Andrea) in connection with our Christmas trip to Germany. My wife and I have traveled quite extensively throughout our 40 year marriage and I can tell you we have been through quite a number of travel agents in connection with all of our trips. More recently, we have been dealing with American Express Platinum Service, and although we have had some fine experiences with them, I feel that their performance is inconsistent. I was motivated to write to you in this instance since I feel you have done a truly outstanding job both in assisting us with accommodations and in your understanding in dealing with my daughter, Andrea (her tastes are simple, she demands perfection).

Of course, we will report back to you after our trip to advise you of our overall experience, but certainly up to this point let me say again how very impressed we are with your attention and service, and you can rest assured that we will most likely be using you and your company in the future for travel and related arrangements.
