 We would like to thank you and your staff for ensuring that our cruise on the Solstice was perfect. You made numerous recommendations that really enhanced our sailing experience: you advised us to upgrade to Aqua class, you suggested the cabin location and you even recommended that we arrive in Fort Lauderdale the day before sailing. All of these suggestions made our vacation fun and relaxing. You certainly understood what we were looking for on this cruise. (And, to tell the truth, if we had not opted for Aqua class, we probably would not have been very happy since the main pool area is pretty much a mob scene.)
