Previous to meeting Debbie in the tropical rain forest of Belize, we had never used a travel agent. Either my husband or I spent hours and weeks and months putting together family vacations. Once we called Debbie, we realized she really could simplify lilfe for us on several fronts. She simply makes vacationing easy! She also proved to be our vacation hear, when in our minds, disaster nearly struck...

Debbie helped us plan a trip for 9 family members to Punta Cana to celebrate our eldest daughter's high school graduation. Debbie made all the land arrangements and recommended we get the travel insurance. Thank God! We were scheduled to leave the day after graduation, which unfortunatel, was the Saturday Spirit Airline's pilots decided to go on strike :( All other flights to Punta Cana were either booked or cost prohibitive. Monday morning I called Debbie Fairvalley at 9 am sharp and asked her to book us a trip anywhere within our original budget. Thanks to her advice, we were refunded the full cost of our tripto the original resort, and our airline tickets. Within two hours she had all nine of us flying out of Orlando that afternoon to Cancun, Mexico staying at an amazing all-inclusive resort! We enjoyed five days at an incredibly beautiful property with great food and wonderful service!

ALL of us had an absolute blast and will be forever grateful to Debbie for pulling it all together at the last minute for our family! We could have never done that online by ourselves. Our multi-generational trip planned by Sterling Brownell was like putting time in a bottle (which is quite a feat). For a sliver of time, we had three generations living together while experiencing beautiful cities of the world. Our family of 14 was assembled from Atlanta, Washington, Boston and Detroit. We are parents, a grandparent and teenage children with a wide variety of interests. Through our well developed travel program, we had the flexibility to spend the day together as a large group or as individuals.
