The property was magnificent and we received an upgrade to a fabulous suite. We truly received “rock-star” treatment which exceeded the normally awesome service we expect at Four Seasons. Let me take the opportunity to thank you for an absolutely great trip. Everything was amazing from the day that we arrived in Paris. The DuLouvre Hotel was able to give us a room when we arrived at 9 a.m. - what a treat to be able to take a rest before we started out sight-seeing. You were right about the hotel - it was nice but nothing compared with the Le Meurice where we stayed the following week. You had said that you would try to get us an upgrade to Deluxe, but when we got there, they had a Jr. suite for us. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! And all of the arrangments you made for us to get back and forth to Normandy and to the Paris Air Show were flawless.

My husband does not get impressed easily, but he was impressed with your services. So much so that he asked me to find out if you plan trips to Israel. He does not ever want to use another agent. - Marilyn

Dear David, I came back from my vacation which my son Philip has planned with your help and I am very happy to tell you that I enjoyed my stay in Paris at the Park Hyatt-Vendome hotel tremendously. Thank you very much for the reservation that you've made for me and all the upgrades. The room was wonderful, with a nice terrace (it was the only floor in this hotel that has rooms with terraces). The service was superb - they have done everything they've promised. The champagne with tapas that they have offered me on the day of my arrival was a nice and very pleasant touch! The location of this hotel is superb - everything was within a short walk and the area is just magnificent. Concierge helped me arrange whatever I wanted (Opera, Moulin Rouge, tea at the Ritz) and this was really a very memorable trip.
